58% of people never read a book after leaving high-school. 46% of people didn't read newspapers in 2004. Today that figure may be lower. I wonder how many will never read a blog?
I'm surprised 54% apparently did read newspapers in 2004. Who had a need for getting ones hands filthy from the printing press releases and adverts? Complete waste of time.

A fair few. Infact I imagine a shockingly larger proportion that we realise. Less than 25% of the households of the village I live in have a PC.

You're assuming I think that many of the 54% consumed news elesewhere - the point is largely they don't.
Freaky stats!
I am still amazed at how people (my friends) have no idea what a blog is.
What does that say about me ~ GEEK, natch!
