Strangers On A Train.

Overhearing a phone conversation somewhere else in the carriage, I was struck by the assertion that "I don't mind paying if I get what I want."

Marketers should realise when push comes to shove just how many customers think like that.

Yes. Completely agree. Unfortunately many companies decide it is easier to actually to try to coerce, trick and/or bribe people into buying their product or service rather than actually adapt their product or service into something that the customer truely wants. ;) Therein lies the opportunity for many entrepreneurs...
