Well you better be telling them a good story or those hours will really drag for them. Attention is not what you want - if you've got a good story you'll attract attention.

I agree with you John, undivided attention might last a split second or might last an entire lifetime, the real "spot" to nail is having a compelling enough story to make the audience move forward and take some kind of action.
