Make Marketing Simple.


It's all about making every aspect of the product/service experience as good as they can be and thereby making the user feel great about their achievements/ownership.

But job one is making every aspect of the product/service experience as straightforward as possible and thereby not making the user feel stupid.

I'm glad you used the picture of the chic bag. That little packaging is an excellent marketing tool. There are some stores where the bag is so cute or that I love carrying it around and showing it off. Like you said we need to make "aspect of the product/service experience as good as they can be and thereby making the user feel great about their achievements/ownership."
